A force-free mission

Change how the Philippines trains dogs

Training professionally since 2009, Coach Francis is one of the leading voices for force-free, science-based dog training in the Philippines — and a member of the Pet Professional Guild (Florida, USA).

Through The Dog Ranch, the Dog Behind the Human podcast, Pets in the City on Magic 89.9, and 200+ masterclasses, his mission is simple: change how the Philippines trains dogs, one transformation at a time.

With a community of over 53,000 owners, Francis combines hands-on training with education — because lasting change happens when the human learns alongside the dog.

The Siri Story

Owner and trainer of a primetime star

In 2018, GMA Network aired Sherlock Jr. — a primetime teleserye whose lead character, Serena the Wonder Dog, was played by Siri, a Golden Retriever raised, owned, and trained by Coach Francis and Irene.

Across 63 episodes, Siri hit her marks alongside Ruru Madrid, Gabbi Garcia, and Aiai Delas Alas — every behavior built through positive association, never force. She remains the clearest proof of what force-free training can do: a dog confident enough to carry a national television show.
